Sam had never been out of his home in the Faewilds in Scotland for more than a week before. He wonder at the wisdom of the elders that had chosen him for this fact-finding mission. he had been sent to investigate this dis agreement between the Fae and the humans. All same had learned so far was that the Fae here had resorted to using some rather dark magic to twist Human wizards into Feral beasts , and undead blood suckers. These curses where rarely used in this manner there where a few reasons that Sam had in mind to pursue, the first he was pursuing right now as he walked down a narrow street of cobblestone. there didn't seem to be any one around, and it seemed too quiet, as if.... they where being hunted.
Sam to Wulfric his Horse sized wolf of a companion, "What do you hear, and smell?" the pair stopped wolfic put his nose to the wind and his ears swiveled in each direction. then came a gravely voice speaking within his mind. ~Fear, Humans, clang of metal, smell of silver.~ So they where being hunted, he chuckled nervously, "So, they think your a Lycan, and thwya are readying themselves for a fight. Great,are any near enough to hear me?" ~Yes~ "Alright you should lie down and try not to look scary," wulfic did as he was told lying down and lowering his head to the ground, only his Ears moved as they picked up every minuscule sound.
Samuel Called out, "We mean you now harm. Wulfric here is a dire wolf not a werewolf, he wont harm you if you don't harm either of us. let us talk with reason, and not resort to violence." he hoped to gain an audience with their elder, or chieftain, or whoever lead these people, find out what they could have done to upset the Fae so much. later he would co down to the main fae wild and speek with their Fairy King or Queen and hear their side. he had only Two guesses as to why there was this conflict, either the humans had done something catastrophically stupid, or the Fae where bein manipulated by some outside force. such forces, where extremely dangerous and included things like devils and ilithid, either would mean much bigger things where at work here. he seriously hopped it was just a huge misunderstanding, like what was happening right now.
